Group class everyday expect Sunday, feel free to join us no booking needed
Starting with warm-up and shadow boxing, then splitting into different group levels to learn and train at technique, bag and light sparring. Followed by pad work on 1 on 1 with the trainers, training usually end with light clinching and core work before stretching
