Group classes
30 minutes before training: For the fighter we recommend to start running at least 30 minutes before the training start
Most training will follow this breakdown
15 minutes: Warm up (skipping)
15-20 minutes: Stretching, wrapping hand and shadow boxing
20-30 minutes: Technique and combination with trainer correcting and or sparring boxing or muay thai (optional unless you are fighting)
20-40 minutes: Pad work and heavy bag, you will be called by your trainer for at least 3 round of pad when he will push you to your limit and correct your technique
20 minutes: Clinching (optional) and conditionning
10 minutes: Stretching
